Create Wellbeing  workshops are available as private or small group tuition.

Jan Marinos has 28 years experience teaching in schools and community groups including special needs children and adults. Recently she has delivered several “Concertina Book Workshops” with the elderly including palliative care projects with Care Beyond Cure in North West Tasmania.

Create Wellbeing paper arts workshops are available for one to one tuition, client groups, students or staff.

Small group delivery aims to foster individual creativity in a relaxed environment.

Professional development workshops are also available with the view of sharing successful projects and outlines.

With the focus on the delivery modes that accentuate relaxation, these workshop  experiences create an opportunity to explore art in your community setting and as a means of promoting a sense of personal well-being and self-care.

Create Well-being workshops are suitable for participants of all ages and abilities with no prior art experience being necessary.

Art group activities bring opportunities for positive engagement with others while the process of exploring new creative materials and techniques and creative expression can enhance our wellbeing.

Social engagement with others in group art activities will support the balance between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Art is a form of non verbal communication, through which we express our feelings.

Art can create an opportunity for playfulness, exploration , exercising choice and self-reflection.

Making art is a time to connect the heart and mind through connecting and learning with your hands.

Health and wellness rely on us taking time for self-care, to maintain our everyday equilibrium for a comfortable quality of life.
